Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

This policy explains how Toracube (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use this website and the tools on it (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Use.

2. Intended use

Toracube is provided for personal use, such as correcting or updating your own documents and records. It is not intended for legal, official or other documents whose content or authenticity carries legal weight. Section 3 of our Terms of Use explains this in full, including that Toracube is not responsible for any such use.

3. Your documents

When you open a PDF, it is opened and edited on your device. Your document is not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we have no access to it.

Saving creates a new file that is downloaded to your device. We do not add watermarks, tracking codes or any other information to your file.

4. Information kept on your device

To work as you expect, Toracube keeps a few preferences in your browser’s storage — such as your display theme, recently used fonts and where you left off in a document — together with the files the editor needs to work offline.

If you type in Bengali or Hindi, it also remembers the words you choose from its suggestions, so that they come first the next time. Only those chosen words are kept, not the contents of your documents, and you can forget them at any time from the typing language menu.

This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser’s settings.

5. Fonts on your computer

With your permission, Toracube can use the fonts installed on your computer, so that a document can be shown and edited in its original font. This is optional and is asked only when you choose it. The fonts are used on your device only, and you can withdraw the permission at any time in your browser’s settings.

6. Cookies and tracking

Toracube does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children.

8. Security

Your documents are processed on your own device and are not transmitted to us. Please keep your device and browser secure, and keep copies of important files.

9. Your choices

We do not ask you for personal information or create an account for you. The information described in section 4 stays on your device, under your control.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
