Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 October 2026
In short
Toracube is free for personal, everyday use. It is not intended for legal or official documents. It is provided as is: keep your original files, review every result, and use it lawfully.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your use of this website and the tools on it (the “Service”), provided by Toracube (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service is provided free of charge and without registration. Features may change over time, and results can vary from one document to another.
3. Intended use — personal use only
Toracube is intended for personal use only — for example, correcting or updating information in your own documents and records.
It is not designed or intended for creating, preparing or altering legal documents, government-issued or official documents, certificates, contracts, or financial, academic or medical records, or any other document whose content or authenticity has legal or official effect.
If you use the Service for any such document, you do so entirely at your own risk. Toracube accepts no responsibility or liability for that use, for the accuracy or validity of the result, or for any consequence arising from it.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes, and only with documents that you own or are authorised to modify.
5. Prohibited use
You must not use the Service to:
- forge, falsify or alter identity documents, government-issued documents, certificates, academic records, financial or banking documents, invoices, tickets, legal, medical or any other official documents;
- impersonate any person or organisation, or deceive or defraud anyone;
- infringe the copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights of anyone;
- remove or bypass security features, watermarks or access restrictions without authorisation;
- do anything that is unlawful under the laws that apply to you.
Such use may be a criminal offence. We are not responsible for any use of the Service that breaks these Terms or the law, and you alone are responsible for the consequences of such use.
6. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the documents you open, the changes you make, and how you use the resulting files, including the accuracy of any information you add or change. Please keep a copy of your original documents and check every edited file carefully before you rely on it or share it.
7. Legal validity of edited documents
Editing a document can change its legal standing. Editing a digitally signed PDF invalidates its signature, and an edited document may no longer be valid for official purposes. Nothing in the Service is legal, financial or other professional advice.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that edited files will exactly match the original.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Toracube and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage — including loss of data, loss of documents or any legal consequence — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, or from any reliance on the accuracy or validity of an edited document.
10. Indemnity
You agree to hold Toracube harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your use or misuse of the Service, or from your breach of these Terms or of any law.
11. Trademarks
All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Toracube is not affiliated with any government body or software vendor.
12. Changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw the Service, or any part of it, at any time. We may also update these Terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. They are governed by the laws that apply to you, to the extent those laws allow.
